The story of this project began when the residents of a neighborhood in Tehran faced the physical expansion of a large hospital in their neighborhood and the increase in its adverse effects. The volume of these effects increased the pressure on the residents of the neighborhood over time. In this situation, a group of residents decided to collectively examine the effects of the presence and expansion of the hospital on their lives and define solutions to reduce its effects.

This bulletin tell the story of Ensanshahr Institute's association with this local working group. In this project, Ensanshahr was responsible for accompanying and facilitating the meetings of this group. In this bulletin, we have tried to share the way that the facilitation team works, the lessons we have learned from the project, and the memories and experiences of accompanying the local working group.
