Workshops are platforms for joint learning of concepts related to capacity development, participatory approaches, and group work. Incorporation of training inputs into experiences, analyses, and semi-real situations may transform  sheer training into a joint process of learning. Therefore, we try to design and implement our Workshops in a way that training inputs merge into participants' analyses. Moreover, we seek opportunities to examine learnt concepts in real or semi-real situations.
