Capacity development is the process through which individuals, organizations, and communities attain the capability to make a change in their living environment. Sometimes their existing capabilities are being strengthened through this process. The Capacity Development Projects we implement in Ensanshahr encompass integrated and process-oriented activities through which individuals and communities plan for having an impact on their environment and act to implement the plans.

We facilitate the process of change by problem analysis, planning, implementing, and revising alongside individuals, organizations, and communities. Other activities performed by Ensanshahr are defined under Capacity Development projects.
