In general, there are different understandings and perceptions of the concept of participation and participatory work among those whose field of activity is somehow related to these issues. These different understandings and images of participatory work in the field of action can lead to people's confusion and entanglement of projects. These workshops are actually platforms for joint learning of concepts related to capacity building, participatory approach, and teamwork. What can move a workshop from "mere training" to a "joint process of learning" is the combination of educational inputs with the experiences, analyses, and real conditions of the audience. For this reason, we try to design and implement educational workshops in such a way that the educational inputs find their place next to the analysis of the participants. In addition, we look for opportunities to test what we have learned in real-world situations and accompany participants to apply them in real-world situations. The workshops are usually scheduled between three to five days and their activities focus on familiarizing the participants with the concept of participation, the concepts, and principles of participatory work and facilitation, as well as familiarizing them with some techniques and challenges of fieldwork and how to take care of using a participatory approach.

In this regard, Ensanshahr Institute plans workshops in two ways; Holding continuous workshops for project teams with the aim of improving team capacity in the long term or familiarizing groups with the concept of partnership and cooperative work.
