Fahime began her collaboration with Ensanshahr by planning and facilitating the "Ensanshahr Events" and this partnership continued with her facilitation and planning of the Ensanshahr's educational workshops and development projects.
As a board member, Fahime also supports the documentation of the organization’s projects and contributes to advancing initiatives related to capacity building and participatory change.
